Michael Welch has practiced construction law for over 30 years. His practice is devoted to the representation of contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and design professionals. He was originally with the law firm last known as McReynolds & Welch, P.C.
After leaving McReynolds & Welch, he became of counsel to Beloin & Associates, L.L.C. Mr. Welch focuses his practice on representing members of the construction industry by providing them with contract analysis, preparation of lien and bond claims, and representing their interests in arbitration and litigation matters.
Mr. Welch has handled literally hundreds of lien and bond claims, hundreds of construction lawsuits, and participated in over 70 arbitrations. He has obtained arbitration awards against entities as notable as the Girl Scouts of America.
